Zulu phone app will allow a cell phone to join the company phone system. Please view the video before install.

. This app allows you to place and receive calls using our phone system. Personal phone number will not show. It is like using the office phone but from your cell. Placing a call will show company phone number to receiver. Home office can transfer calls with ease. The call will require data/internet service from phone.

1. Download app on cell phone. 
2. Open App and click on Add Account. 
3. Login to portal using a desktop and enter extension and password. This has been sent to you by the IT department. Passwords expire after a few days. 
4. Create QR code using a desktop via portal. Login and click on the sprocket on bottom left. 
5. Generate your QR code. Click on Zulu tab and "Generate QR Code" button. 
6. From Cell phone select Scan QR on Zulu app. 
7. After you scan the code the app should configure itself. Test the app by calling IT department or Front Desk.
